Privacy

Elysia is an AI executive assistant for independent professionals. We treat your correspondence the way an experienced chief of staff would — on the record, with discretion, and never beyond its remit.

What we collect

When you request access, we collect your email address and a short attribution label that tells us which page on this site you joined from. We also store the user-agent string of the device that submitted the form and a one-way hash of the originating IP address for abuse prevention. We do not collect names, phone numbers, or any other personal information at this stage.

Product data

When you connect your inbox, Elysia indexes your messages inside your own encrypted partition. Per-tenant keys mean there is no path between your data and any other customer's data — not for other customers, and not for us beyond what an authorized operator needs to support your specific account.

• We do not train models on customer correspondence.
• Indexed content is encrypted at rest with per-tenant keys; access is logged and rate-limited.
• You can delete your entire index at any time. Deletion is irreversible.

Analytics

We use Umami for privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics. Umami does not set cookies and does not collect personal information; it measures aggregate page views and referrers only.
